PROGRAM ON SPACE POINTS
Space rewards
is designed to express our
appreciation to the exhibitors
of RubberTech China. There
is no cap on the number of
points you earn and it features
an innovative way to redeem
points for space, gifts and
advertisements. The details
are as below.
1.
Who can join?
Since 2004, if you have exhibited
at RubberTech China and paid
for it, you can be part of
space rewards. Non-paid space
including bartered or bestowed
will not be accumulated into
points.
2.
How to earn?
-
Counted on your first exhibit
at RubberTech China, each
square meter of show space
earns you ONE Reward
Point. Non-paid space earns
nothing.
-
Show
space of 2007 turns into
points after the close of
RubberTech China 2007.
-
The period of validity is
FIVE years.
If you do not redeem in
five years, these points
would turn into zero. (For
example, you earned 9 points
in RubberTech China 2004,
and then the 9 points is
valid until RubberTech China
2009.)

The
reward categories is to
be refreshed each year,
all the categories herein
this program are valid until
Oct. 31, 2007.

How to know my points?
You can find out how many
points you have by means of
calling and browsing.

Query in our points inquiry
system online at www.rubbertech.com.cn,
24 hours a day.

10 5865 0277. We are ready
to answer your phone between
9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
5.
How to redeem?
Once you have earned points,
there are three easy ways
to redeem your all or partial
points.
-
Convert your points into
show space rent, and each
point redeems RMB 100.00
Yuan or 13.00 US Dollars.

Convert
your points into advertisement
fee (limited to the advertisements
offered by the organizer),
and each point redeems RMB
150.00 Yuan or 19.00 US
Dollars.

Redeem
gifts, and the gift categories
are to be announced later.
Please
note, no cash can be converted,
and you can not withdraw or
revise your application once
it is taken and approved by
the organizer.
6.
Dispute and Termination
-
The organizer keeps the
right to change, amend,
and terminate this program.
All the disputes and disagreements
in connection with this
program shall be settled
by means of negotiations.

The present program entries
into force form the issue
date.
